beabadoobee has officially launched her new album. On June 24, the singer-songwriter announced Pylon, her fourth studio album, due September 18, 2026, while simultaneously releasing its lead single, “Sun Has Set,” alongside an official music video.

The announcement arrives as beabadoobee prepares for the biggest touring cycle of her career, with arena and amphitheater dates scheduled across North America and Europe through the end of the year.

Sharing the news with fans, she offered insight into the album’s emotional foundation. “Pylon, my fourth album, out september 18th 2026. Sun Has Set, the lead single is out now <3,” she wrote. She continued: “made and written inbetween tours and on tour, i missed home, i missed how people were and im still learning to accept the confusion within the uncertainty of being away.

The artist also reflected on what she hopes listeners take away from the project. “I hope you guys listen, enjoy, cry, scream and find your own meaning in Pylon when it’s out 🙂 i love u i love the people i made this with i love this album.

According to her statement, much of Pylon was created while traveling. The project follows This Is How Tomorrow Moves, released on August 9, 2024. That album became a major milestone in beabadoobee’s career, debuting at No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart and reaching No. 34 on the Billboard 200. Supported by singles including “Take a Bite,” “Coming Home,” “Ever Seen,” “Beaches,” and later “Real Man,” the record expanded her audience globally and established her as one of alternative music’s most distinctive voices.
