BLACKPINK’s ROSÉ is showing love and support for her bandmate JISOO’s latest collaboration with Zayn Malik. In a new Instagram Story posted shortly after the release of “Eyes Closed,” ROSÉ shared her reaction to the emotional duet, writing “Oh my.. isn’t the song too good?? Congratulations unnie. Go listen to this BEAUTIFUL song y’all.”
The sweet message quickly caught the attention of fans, who praised ROSÉ for always celebrating her members’ successes. “We love supportive queens,” a fan shared on X/Twitter. “I guessed Rosé will be the one posting first. chaesoo,” another added.

“Eyes Closed,” released on October 10 via Blissoo and Warner Records, marks the first-ever collaboration between JISOO and Zayn. The atmospheric ballad blends vulnerability and strength. The song has already made an impact on charts worldwide, debuting in the Top 3 on U.S. iTunes and landing at No. 21 on Spotify.
JISOO shared her own heartfelt message on social media the same day, reflecting on the collaboration: “Something very special we’ve been working on is finally out. I hope this song reaches many hearts. @zaynmalik — working with you has been truly special.”
The partnership reportedly grew out of a chance encounter earlier this year, when Zayn attended BLACKPINK’s Deadline World Tour with his daughter. Their creative chemistry soon developed into a full collaboration, leading to “Eyes Closed.”
For JISOO, the single follows her record-breaking solo debut EP Amortage, released earlier this year under her label Blissoo. The project topped the Circle Album Chart and Billboard’s World Albums Sales Chart, and spawned the hit single “Earthquake.” For Zayn, it continues the strong momentum of his 2024 album Room Under The Stairs, which marked his return to form both musically and personally.
