Cardi B is making it clear that when it comes to collaborations, she plays by her own rules. With just a couple of days left until the release of her highly anticipated sophomore album Am I The Drama?, the Grammy-winning rapper has addressed questions surrounding its star-studded feature list.

Cardi explained that while her team did reach out to potential collaborators, she refused to pressure anyone into joining the project. “We have asked and everything, but one thing I don’t do—I don’t beg, baby,” she said. “So a lot of y’all just doing too much, and it’s just like, calm the f**k down. It’s already enough.”

Her comments arrive after the announcement of the complete list of features. In fact, Am I The Drama? boasts appearances from Summer Walker, Selena Gomez, Kehlani, Lizzo, Tyla, Cash Cobain, Janet Jackson, and Megan Thee Stallion.

The album is set to arrive this Friday, September 19, but not every detail has been unveiled. Spanning 23 tracks, the song titles are still under wraps. Am I The Drama? marks Cardi’s first full-length project since her 2018 debut Invasion of Privacy, which won the Grammy for Best Rap Album and cemented her as one of the most influential voices in hip-hop. The album is preceded by two singles—“Outside” and “Imaginary Playerz”—and also features her 2020 smash hit “WAP.”

Beyond the album, Cardi is preparing for a major return to the stage. On September 16, she announced the Little Miss Drama Tour, a 25-date arena trek across the U.S. and Canada beginning February 11, 2026. Stops include Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Atlanta, marking her first full-scale headlining tour in more than six years.
