Clairo’s new record, “Charm,” is slated for release on July 12th, exactly three years after “Sling,” which came out on July 16th, 2021. The Atlanta-born singer started teasing new music earlier this year with a cryptic post on Instagram, “maybe this year.” Just last week, she announced that a new song, “Sexy to Someone,” would be released today. After the song was out, Clairo took to her social media to announce her new album, writing, “my third record, ‘Charm’ is out July 12th.” Additionally, she unveiled the official tracklist. Featuring eleven tracks, the album will be divided into Side A and Side B for a total length of 38 minutes. Below you can read the song titles:

  1. Nomad
  2. Sexy to Someone
  3. Second Nature
  4. Slow Dance
  5. Thank You
  6. Terrapin
  7. Juna
  8. Add Up My Love
  9. Echo
  10. Glory of the Snow
  11. Pier 4

All eleven tracks are written by Clairo herself, while Leon Michels, Homer Steinweiss, Nick Movshon, and Marco Benevento are credited as co-writers. Michels also handled the production of the record. In the official press release, “Charm” is described as a genre-blending record, moving between jazz, psychedelic folk, and soul. In an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music, Clairo revealed that the new single “Sexy to Someone” is a good example of the album’s sound, “[it] is a good example of maybe like, the palette, and maybe the approach that we took with recording.”

While waiting for July 12th, you can listen to a first taste of Clairo’s new music with “Sexy to Someone.”
