Ariana Grande has secured her eighth No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100, with “yes, and?” debuting at the top of this week’s chart. The song, the lead single from Ariana’s upcoming seventh studio album “Eternal Sunshine,” garnered over 27 million streams in the US during its first week and sold 53,000 units. This achievement marks her first solo No. 1 hit since 2020, when “Positions” also debuted at No. 1. Notably, Ariana Grande now shares the record for the most No. 1 debuts (6) with Taylor Swift among female artists. In expressing her gratitude for the overwhelming support, the 30-year-old popstar wrote, “I am so, so, so… so emotional. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to my fans, the most incredible angels in the world, for the love you have shown this song and me.”
