Gracie Abrams has announced the official tracklist for her upcoming sophomore album “The Secret of Us,” scheduled for release on June 21st. The album will be divided into two parts, Side A and Side B, comprising a total of twelve tracks, including the lead single “Risk.” The only featured artist on the album is none other than Taylor Swift, who appears on the fifth track titled “Us.” This collaboration marks one of Taylor’s rare features, with her most recent being “The Alcott” (2023) by The National. The two singers, known to be close friends, have previously collaborated, with Gracie opening for several concerts during the North American leg of The Eras Tour. Speaking about the album, Gracie revealed to Elle that it will be a ‘more extroverted’ project than her debut LP “Good Riddance” and that she began working on it while on tour. “The energy of the music that I’ve been making this year has felt like when you run home to tell your best friend every detail of your night,” she said, describing the album. The lead single, “Risk,” was released earlier this month along with its accompanying music video. The song already marks a shift in tone compared to her previous works, showcasing a more positive attitude towards a new relationship.
