ITZY’s Yuna is officially preparing to step into the spotlight on her own. According to reports from Naver, the K-pop star is set to make her long-awaited solo debut this March with her first solo album, marking a new chapter beyond her group activities.
The outlet reports that Yuna has already begun filming the music video for the project, signaling that preparations are well underway. More notably, she is said to be deeply involved in the album’s creative process. From selecting tracks to shaping the overall visual direction, Yuna is actively ensuring that the release reflects her personal musical identity rather than a continuation of ITZY’s group sound.
The upcoming album will reportedly spotlight Yuna’s clear, refreshing vocal tone while also leaning into her distinctive rap style, offering a more personal and versatile showcase of her artistry.
Yuna’s solo debut will make her the second ITZY member to release a solo album, following Yeji. The group’s leader debuted as a soloist with AIR in March 2025, a release that was widely praised.
