Justin Bieber is seeing one of the most dramatic post-festival streaming surges in recent memory, as his catalog explodes across Spotify’s global charts following his Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival 2026 headline sets. During the tracking week ending April 16, the pop star placed 17 songs on the Spotify Weekly Global chart, led by a massive resurgence of his early 2010s hits.

Driving the spike is “Beauty and a Beat,” his 2012 collaboration with Nicki Minaj, which closed the week with 35.9 million streams. The track not only reached No. 1 on the Daily Global Spotify chart—holding the top spot for three consecutive days—but also re-entered the weekly ranking at No. 3, marking its highest position ever. That momentum mirrors its parallel success in the UK, where the single recently rebounded to No. 11 on the Official Singles Chart with a 358% week-on-week increase, surpassing its original 2012 peak of No. 16.

Catalog staples are following suit. “Daisies,” lifted from Bieber’s 2025 album Swag, surged 155 positions to land inside the top 20 with 21.3 million streams, while breakout hit “Baby” returned at No. 21 with 21 million. Elsewhere, “Sorry” (No. 25, 20.5M), “Confident” (No. 26, 19M), and “Eenie Meenie” (No. 31, 19M) all posted major gains, alongside enduring staples like “Love Yourself” (No. 35, 18.4M) and “Let Me Love You” (No. 48, 16.3M). Even deeper cuts such as “Favorite Girl” and “Company” re-entered the chart.

The surge aligns directly with Bieber’s two-night Coachella takeover. His April 11 debut marked his first full-scale U.S. performance since 2022, while the April 17 Weekend 2 set expanded the moment into a full cultural reset. Both performances blended material from Swag and Swag II with era-defining hits, creating a setlist designed for both nostalgia and rediscovery.

Surprise appearances amplified the reach. Billie Eilish joined him for “One Less Lonely Girl,” turning a long-standing fan interaction into a full-circle moment, while Big Sean and Sexyy Red added additional crossover appeal.

The impact extends beyond individual songs. Swag itself rebounded on the Billboard 200, jumping from No. 55 to No. 7 with 43,000 equivalent album units, fueled primarily by a 158% increase in streaming activity.
