KATSEYE has postponed its scheduled concert at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit after Megan Skiendiel fell ill and became unable to perform. The announcement came just hours before the November 4 show, leaving fans who had already made travel and accommodation arrangements waiting for a new date.

The group shared the news in an official statement on Instagram, apologizing to fans and explaining that Megan needed time to rest and recover. “We’re so sorry to share that tonight’s show at Little Caesars Arena has been postponed due to illness,” the statement began. “Unfortunately, Megan is unwell and unable to perform tonight, and we want to make sure she has the time she needs to rest and recover.”

The team also acknowledged the disappointment and inconvenience caused by such a late announcement, particularly for fans who had traveled to Detroit for the concert. “We know so many of you have traveled, made plans, and been looking forward to tonight. We are incredibly disappointed that we won’t get to see you, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience,” the statement continued.

KATSEYE closed by thanking fans for their patience and understanding, adding that the group loves them and cannot wait to see them soon. No rescheduled date or further information about ticket arrangements was included in the announcement.

The Detroit concert is part of the group’s Wildworld Tour, their first arena concert run, supporting their third extended play, Wild, released in 2026. Announced on May 13, the tour initially featured 27 dates across Europe and North America. Additional performances in London, Elmont, Los Angeles and Mexico City were subsequently added following strong presale demand, bringing the total across those legs to 31 shows. Earlier this month, KATSEYE announced 11 additional dates that will bring the group’s first arena tour in Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

The tour has unfolded amid several lineup changes. Manon Bannerman has been on hiatus since February 2026, while Sophia Laforteza has sat out the European and North American legs for health reasons. Laforteza is expected to return to group activities in January 2027, around the start of the newly announced Asian and Oceanian dates.

Megan’s latest absence also follows an earlier injury that affected the group’s schedule. In August, KATSEYE withdrew from Daisy Chain Fields, Olivia Rodrigo’s inaugural charity music festival in Irvine, California, after Megan sprained her ankle during a tour rehearsal. The event took place on August 29, with the group announcing their withdrawal two days earlier after doctors advised Megan to stay off her ankle to allow it to heal before the tour.

Although Megan, Yoonchae and Lara made a brief surprise appearance at the festival to support its charitable mission, KATSEYE did not perform. At the time, Megan joked that her “ankle is on hiatus.”
