KATSEYE’s Megan has asked EYEKONS to respect the group’s personal boundaries during the “Time Lapse” walk on THE WILDWORLD TOUR after revealing that a fan grabbed her chest during the Paris show. The singer said the members love being able to get close to their audience, but stressed that those interactions need to remain safe and respectful.

Megan addressed the incident in a Weverse message following KATSEYE’s September 9 performance at Accor Arena in Paris. During “Time Lapse,” the members leave the main stage and walk through sections of the arena, giving fans an opportunity to see them up close, hold their hands and briefly interact with them while the song plays.

Hiiii i had so much fun at the paris show tonight!!! I hope you guys did too!!” Megan began, before turning to what happened during the walk-through. She explained that the members enjoy seeing fans’ faces and holding their hands, but asked the audience not to touch them in inappropriate areas.

Today someone grabbed my chest and left me a bit spooked!” Megan wrote. Rather than directing anger toward the audience as a whole, she acknowledged the excitement surrounding the tour and asked fans to help keep the interaction positive.

I understand we are excited and we are too!!, but lets keep it respectful so we can all share this beautiful moment safely!” she added, closing the message with “I love you all” and a reference to KATSEYE’s upcoming Amsterdam show.

The incident quickly became a topic of discussion among fans, with some footage from the Paris concert also prompting concerns about other members’ experiences during the walk. Reports circulating among EYEKONS included claims that Daniela’s hair was pulled during the close-contact portion of the performance. Fans subsequently called for stronger crowd protections and, in some cases, suggested that the group should reconsider the walk-through if the members cannot safely move through the audience.

Megan’s response instead focused on preserving the interaction. The “Time Lapse” segment has become one of the more intimate moments of THE WILDWORLD TOUR, allowing the members to temporarily step away from the stage setup and directly connect with people who have traveled to see them.

The Paris concert came just over a week after the tour began in Dublin on September 1. THE WILDWORLD TOUR is KATSEYE’s first arena-scale world tour and supports their WILD EP, released in August, following the group’s smaller Beautiful Chaos Tour across North America in late 2025.

The current European shows are also taking place with KATSEYE performing as a four-member group. Manon has been on a health-related hiatus since February, while Sophia began a mental-health hiatus in August and is sitting out the European dates, leaving Megan, Daniela, Lara and Yoonchae to perform the opening leg.
