Lil Baby appears to take aim at fellow rappers Gunna and Offset in his new single “Otha Boy.” The Atlanta native dropped the track as part of his weekly release series, sparking intense online debate over its pointed lyrics and cryptic tone. In one line, he raps, “Make a rapper take his clothes off, he a male stripper […] Push up on him at the gym, hope he do his pushups […] It’s a fact you n****s hoes, the city know this ain’t no diss song.”

The bars have fueled speculation that Lil Baby is addressing Gunna’s controversial legal reputation and a rumored feud with Offset. In particular, Baby mocks Gunna’s recent gym-focused weight loss with lines about hoping he “do his push-ups.” The lyrics deny intent (“this ain’t no diss song”) while affirming Atlanta’s consensus on their disloyalty (“you n****s hoes, the city know”).

The new single continues Lil Baby’s promise to release new music every Wednesday — a rollout that has reignited excitement among his fanbase. Released alongside a moody black-and-white visual, “Otha Boy” marks his fourth consecutive drop following “Try to Love,” “All On Me” featuring G Herbo, and “Plenty” with YTB Fatt and YFN Lucci.

Lil Baby’s recent streak comes amid anticipation for his upcoming album The Leaks. Originally slated for an August release, the project was quietly delayed. However, his latest run of singles — including “Otha Boy” — appears on the album’s tracklist he unveiled last summer. This release pattern suggests that The Leaks may arrive sooner than expected.
