Lola Young has officially dropped her new album I’m Only F**king Myself, a fearless and emotionally charged project. Out now on all streaming platforms, the record is a striking balance of raw honesty and unapologetic confidence, diving into themes of self-sabotage, resilience, and self-reflection.

The 14-track album was co-written and produced with her close collaborators Manuka and SOLOMONOPHONIC, known for their work with Doja Cat and SZA. It features recent singles “Spiders,” “d£aler,” “Not Like That Anymore,” and “One Thing,” which have already set the tone for Lola’s candid and cutting-edge approach.

Speaking to Apple Music about the project, Lola explained her urgency to release the album just over a year after 2024’s This Wasn’t Meant for You Anyway. “I was in a weird place mentally, but felt confident, so I needed to get something out,” she said. “It’s a bit of a curveball, but there are definitely some hidden gems in there. And there are songs people will love if they loved ‘Messy’.”

The release follows a standout year for Young. In 2025, she received the prestigious Rising Star award at the Ivor Novellos and was nominated for Best Pop Act at the BRIT Awards. She also collaborated with Tyler, The Creator on “Like Him” and Lil Yachty on “Charlie,” while delivering major live moments, including her debut at Coachella, a Glastonbury set, and opening for Billie Eilish in Paris during the Hit Me Hard and Soft tour.

To celebrate the album, Lola is heading out on a record store tour later this month, followed by her biggest UK headline shows to date in October. The run includes sold-out nights at Manchester’s O2 Victoria Warehouse, Birmingham’s O2 Academy, and two nights at London’s O2 Academy Brixton. After that, she’ll return to North America for headline dates in November before embarking on a full European tour in 2026.

I’m Only F**king Myself is available now to stream in full.
