Lorde is back at the top in Australia. The New Zealand artist has debuted at No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart with her fourth studio album Virgin, marking her fourth consecutive chart-topping album in Australia, following Pure Heroine (2013), Melodrama (2017), and Solar Power (2021). The album features several standout tracks, including “What Was That,” “Hammer,” and “Shapeshifter.”
The album’s success comes after Lorde’s surprise Glastonbury set and ahead of her Ultrasound World Tour, which kicks off in Texas this September in support of Virgin.
