Madison Beer has shared new details about her upcoming third studio album, Locket, set to arrive on January 16, 2026, via Epic Records and Sing It Loud! Records. In a new interview on The Travis Mills Show, Beer revealed that the title of the album came to her long before she even began writing it.
“I came up with the album title before I even wrote the album, so it’s been a secret I’ve been sitting on for a while,” she said. “In the past, the title usually comes last for me because it puts me in a box. But with this one, I knew I wanted it to feel very personal — I wrote down a list of things that naturally felt like a part of my life. I wanted the title to sound vintage and to feel delicate and girly to me.”

Earlier this week, Beer announced Locket officially, unveiling the album’s cover art — a soft, close-up portrait of her holding a heart-shaped locket to her chest. The 11-track project will include her recent singles “Make You Mine,” “Yes Baby,” and “Bittersweet”, all of which have hinted at the sonic and emotional world of the record. Though Beer has yet to reveal the full tracklist, fans suspect the long-rumored song “Nothing at All” will be part of the release after she teased it on TikTok earlier this month. In recent interviews, Beer has spoken about her desire to create music that feels both honest and timeless. “I don’t want to succeed if it means not being who I am,” she told Cosmopolitan earlier this year. “I don’t want people to listen to my music if it’s not real.”
Locket marks Beer’s first full-length album since 2023’s Silence Between Songs, which earned her a Grammy nomination for Best Immersive Audio Album and critical praise for its cinematic sound. The record debuted in the Top 30 in both the U.S. and the U.K.
