Madison Beer has opened up about her creative decision to keep her upcoming album, Locket, concise. The 26-year-old singer explained that she intentionally limited the tracklist to 11 songs to preserve each one’s impact. While Beer’s debut album Life Support featured 17 tracks, and Silence Between Songs included 14, Locket represents a more focused vision. In a recent interview, Beer said, “I didn’t want to make an album with a lot of tracks, because I feel like people end up forgetting them.”

Locket marks Madison Beer’s third studio album and follows her Grammy-nominated Silence Between Songs. The project, set for release on January 16, 2026, will arrive via Epic Records and Sing It Loud! Records. Among its 11 tracks are the previously released singles “Make You Mine,” “Yes Baby,” and “Bittersweet.” Each has offered a glimpse into the album’s sonic world. “Make You Mine,” the album’s breakout single, became one of Beer’s most successful releases to date. The 2024 hit peaked at No. 50 on the UK Singles Chart and earned a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Pop Recording.
Despite the shorter standard edition, fans can expect more music. In a recent interview with Audacy Music, Beer confirmed a deluxe version of Locket is in the works. “There are other songs that exist,” she teased, reassuring listeners who hoped for a more expansive tracklist.
