Megan Thee Stallion has set the internet ablaze once again, this time with a surprise studio clip that has fans calling for new music. The rapper posted a raw freestyle over a viral TikTok mashup titled “Kissin’ You Remix” by DJ Jacob Dior, which blends the classic R&B ballad “Kissin’ You” by Total (1996) with a modern bounce. Megan’s playful delivery—dropping lines like “My man, my man, my man, my baby”—instantly caught fire online, with the short video quickly spreading across social media.

The reactions were immediate and explosive. One fan wrote, “oh 2018 Meg is sooo back,” while another pleaded, “WE NEED THIS EXPEDITIOUSLY!!! COME SAVE US MEGAN!!!” Others flooded the comments with flame emojis and requests for Megan to release the full track.

The clip marks Megan’s latest hint that new material may be on the horizon. Her last full-length release, Megan, arrived in June 2024 under her own label Hot Girl Productions in partnership with Warner Music Group. The album was a career milestone: her first as an independent artist, following her highly publicized departure from 300 Entertainment and 1501 Certified Entertainment.

Megan featured hit singles “Cobra,” “Hiss,” “Boa,” and “Mamushi.” Among them, “Hiss” became a cultural moment, earning Megan her first solo No. 1 on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard Global 200. The project debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, marking her fifth top-10 entry, and was later expanded into Megan: Act II, a deluxe edition released in October 2024. She supported the record with her Hot Girl Summer Tour, her first-ever headlining global trek.
