Machine Gun Kelly delivered one of the standout moments of his Lost Americana Tour when he reunited with Halsey for a surprise performance in Chicago. The December 4 show at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, was already charged with energy as the singer celebrated his seventh studio album, Lost Americana. But midway through the set, MGK pushed the night into unforgettable territory. After teasing a “special guest,” he welcomed Halsey to the stage, sparking an eruption of applause from the sold-out crowd.
The two launched straight into “forget me too,” their explosive 2020 pop-punk duet from Tickets to My Downfall. Produced by Travis Barker, the song became a major hit, peaking at No. 44 on the Billboard Hot 100 and surpassing 300 million streams on Spotify. The Chicago reunion marked one of their rare full live team-ups since 2022.
MGK and Halsey did not stop there. To the crowd’s surprise, they followed up with “Bad Things,” MGK’s 2016 collaboration with Camila Cabello.
The Lost Americana Tour is MGK’s largest and most ambitious run to date. Supporting his 2025 album of the same name, the tour began on November 15, in Orlando and will continue through July 1, 2026. The second North American leg is co-headlined by Wiz Khalifa, marking their second major tour together.
