Miley Cyrus is getting closer to releasing the “Bass Persuades” remix. The singer has revealed that she is checking the final mix of the track, teasing that the new version, “BP remixx,” is coming soon.
“Checking the final mixx! BP remixx coming soon,” Cyrus wrote alongside a nighttime video showing her sitting in the passenger seat of a moving car. The footage appears to be connected to a clip previously captured by paparazzi from outside the vehicle, adding another visual piece to the rollout surrounding her upcoming album.

The remix follows an earlier tease from Miley Cyrus this week, when she hinted that the track could arrive sooner rather than later. “BP remixx was hitting at my Chateau party…made me think I should drop it next!” she wrote, suggesting that the new version has already been tested in a private setting before its official release.
“Bass Persuades” is the lead single from Cyrus’ upcoming 10th studio album, Bass Persuades, which is scheduled for release on September 18 through Atlantic Records. The project marks her first full-length album with the label after 14 years with Sony Music and follows 2025’s Something Beautiful.
Miley Cyrus launched the new era on September 3 with the album’s title track, introducing a dance-pop sound built around a prominent bassline, four-on-the-floor rhythm, disco touches and polished 1980s-inspired synths.
The potential remix arrives as interest around Bass Persuades continues to build. Earlier this week, more than 1.2 million people entered the Ticketmaster queue for the American Express presale for Cyrus’ upcoming Hollywood Bowl concerts, despite the two shows offering a combined capacity of roughly 35,000 seats.
Set for October 16 and 18, Miley: Bass Persuades – Live at the Hollywood Bowl will mark Cyrus’ first performances at the iconic Los Angeles venue. Model/Actriz is scheduled to open both nights, while Cyrus has described the concerts as a homecoming, writing that “LA is my heart and I’m bringing it home.”
