Morgan Wallen has reached a historic milestone. The country superstar is now officially the highest RIAA-certified country artist of all time, cementing his place among the most commercially powerful acts in history. The achievement follows a sweeping catalog update from the Recording Industry Association of America on December 16.
Among the standout updates, “Whiskey Glasses” climbs to 13x Platinum, while “Last Night” and “Wasted On You” reach 12x Platinum each. Fan favorites like “Chasin’ You” and “Heartless” are now Diamond-certified, highlighting the longevity of Wallen’s early hits. His blockbuster albums continue to post staggering numbers, with Dangerous: The Double Album and One Thing at a Time both certified 9x Platinum, and his 2025 release I’m The Problem already 4x Platinum just months after arrival.
In total, Wallen now boasts 239.5 million certified digital singles and 26 million certified albums in the United States. That tally makes him the third most-certified artist across all genres, trailing only Drake and Taylor Swift for solo titles, and the No. 2 most-certified digital singles solo artist in RIAA history. Notably, all tracks from If I Know Me and Dangerous: The Double Album are now RIAA-certified.
RIAA Chairman and CEO Mitch Glazier praised Wallen’s rise as “nothing short of remarkable,” pointing to deep fan connection, creative partnerships, and sustained streaming momentum as key drivers of his success. Just seven years after earning his first Gold certifications, Wallen now stands at the pinnacle of country music certification history with 265.5 million total units.
