Olivia Rodrigo is stepping into the festival space with a new live music venture that doubles as a cultural statement. The Grammy-winning singer has announced Daisy Chain Fields, a one-day all-women festival set for August 29, 2026, at Great Park in Irvine, California.

The event arrives with a clear philanthropic mission, with 100% of net proceeds directed to charities supporting women and girls. Rodrigo framed the festival as a long-term vision finally coming to life, positioning music, community, and shared joy as the core pillars behind the project.

In her announcement shared on social media, Rodrigo wrote: “truly never felt more excited to share a piece of news with you all. i’ve had a dream of doing this festival for years and i am so ecstatic its finally coming true!! Daisy Chain Fields features an all-women lineup and 100 percent of the net proceeds will go to charities dedicated to advancing and advocating for women and girls. the lineup is truly insane and full of my heroes and friends. i firmly believe that joy, community, and music can be the drivers of meaningful change and I’m hopeful this festival will be just that. I absolutely cannot wait to scream and dance and sing with you guys August 29th!!!!”

The lineup reflects that intention with a cross-generational mix of rock, pop, indie, and alternative artists. Bikini Kill and The Breeders bring foundational ’90s punk energy, while Mitski and Santigold bridge experimental indie and genre-blurring pop. Chappell Roan and Doechii represent the current pop era.

Olivia Rodrigo herself will headline the festival, marking another major live milestone following her record-breaking You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love era. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in June 2026 with 485,000 equivalent album units, becoming the biggest first-week debut of her career and the largest opening by a solo artist that year.

Elsewhere on the bill, KATSEYE, Rachel Chinouriri, Santigold, Garbage, and Karen O expand the stylistic reach of the festival, while special guests Stevie Nicks and Sarah McLachlan add legacy weight to the lineup.
