Olivia Rodrigo is taking her album rollout beyond streaming platforms and into the real world. Just days before the release of You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love on June 12, the singer announced two immersive fan experiences in Los Angeles, including a recreation of the set from her hit single “The Cure.”

Dubbed The Cure Gallery, the temporary pop-up will allow fans to step directly into the visual world of Rodrigo’s latest era. The installation runs June 12-14 at Mica Studios in Los Angeles and recreates elements from the music video for “The Cure,” giving visitors an opportunity to explore the set in person.

Located at 356 S Mission Rd, the experience will be open to the public daily from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., with American Express cardholders receiving early access beginning at 12 p.m. each day. The activation arrives as “The Cure” continues to build momentum following its strong commercial launch. Released on May 22, the song debuted at No. 2 on the UK Official Singles Chart and entered the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 5. It also opened atop Spotify’s Daily Global Chart with 7.215 million streams, becoming Rodrigo’s second global streaming No. 1 of 2026.

The gallery announcement was accompanied by news of a second fan-focused activation. Rodrigo is also launching The Park Experience, a free pop-up event presented with American Express that will run from June 11-14 at 7000 Melrose Ave in Los Angeles.

The location carries special significance for longtime fans. The site is home to Rodrigo’s iconic Los Angeles mural wall, which has become a gathering point for Livies over the past few months. New artwork tied to You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love has recently appeared there, transforming the space into a centerpiece of the album campaign.

According to promotional materials, The Park Experience will feature interactive activities, photo opportunities, and immersive installations designed around the upcoming record.

The announcements arrive during a particularly busy week for the singer-songwriter. Earlier this week, Rodrigo shared another lyric teaser from the album featuring the line, “And if there is a god, he’s the bond that’s between us two,” offering fans another glimpse into the emotional themes of the project.

Anticipation surrounding the album continues to surge. Spotify data shows You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love approaching 4 million pre-saves, making it the most pre-saved upcoming release currently available on the platform. Interest intensified further after Rodrigo’s surprise appearance at Primavera Sound Barcelona on June 6, where she debuted new material and performed “what’s wrong with me” alongside collaborator Robert Smith of The Cure.

The album campaign has already delivered major commercial success. Lead single “Drop Dead” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and recorded the biggest Spotify opening day for a female artist in 2026.
