The race for next week’s top spot on the Billboard 200 is tight. According to Hits Daily Double, Playboi Carti is on track to return to No. 1 with his new album Music (62,000 units), which previously spent two consecutive weeks atop the chart. PartyNextDoor and Drake’s collaborative project, Some Sexy Songs 4 U, follows closely with 57,000 units, while Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine — which returned to No. 1 after the release of the Brighter Days Ahead edition — remains in the running with 56,000 units.

Hits Daily Double also reports that Elton John and Brandi Carlile’s new album, Who Believes in Angels?, is aiming for a top 10 debut with over 40,000 units. The publication also highlights how Ethel Cain’s debut album, Preacher’s Daughter, is set to make its first appearance on the Billboard 200 — three years after its original release — following a significant boost in physical sales due to a new vinyl pressing.
