RAYE is expanding her This Symphony May Contain Hope project into a seven-show international series, with performances planned across Europe, Asia, North America, Australia and Africa between 2026 and 2028. The announcement comes days after the singer faced an unprecedented ticketing problem for her upcoming Royal Albert Hall concert, where 1.8 million sign-ups competed for approximately 5,000 seats.
“THESE SEVEN SYMPHONIES MAY CONTAIN HOPE,” RAYE wrote in her announcement, explaining that the shows had been in development for nearly a year. She also confirmed that her team is building a new registration system intended to distinguish genuine fans from fake sign-ups and make it more difficult for ticket scalpers to secure tickets.

“We’ve been planning this for nearly a year, and I have been so excited to share this with you,” she continued. “After what we learned with the Royal Albert Hall sign-up, we’re working on a new sign-up process designed to better verify genuine fans, prevent fake registrations and make it harder for scalpers to get their hands on tickets.” Sign-ups for the six additional shows are scheduled to open on December 10, with further details to be announced.
The series begins at London’s Royal Albert Hall on October 23, with a sold-out performance that will also be recorded for a live album. RAYE is set to perform her second studio album, This Music May Contain Hope, in full alongside her band, the Heritage Orchestra and the Flames Collective choir. The six other performances will extend the orchestral concept to audiences in Italy, China, Switzerland, the United States, Australia and Ghana, with dates spanning 2026 to 2028.
The expansion follows the extraordinary demand for the Royal Albert Hall show. On October 13, RAYE revealed that 1.8 million people had registered their interest in approximately 5,000 available seats. She attributed a substantial portion of the registrations to AI-powered bots allegedly used by scalpers, forcing her team to manually review applications instead of relying on a conventional presale process.
Released independently through Human Re Sources on March 27, This Music May Contain Hope is a 17-track concept album structured around four seasons, tracing a journey from emotional darkness toward optimism. Its blend of orchestral pop, jazz, soul, R&B, blues and big-band arrangements includes collaborations with Hans Zimmer on “Click Clack Symphony” and Al Green on “Goodbye Henry.” The album reached No. 1 in the UK.
