Metro Boomin and Future have released their second joint album, “We Still Don’t Trust You,” less than a month after the release of the first installment. The official tracklist was unveiled just hours before the album’s release. Similar to “We Don’t Trust You,” no featured artists are credited, although heavyweights like J. Cole, Lil Baby, and The Weeknd appear on various tracks. Following the attention garnered by the initial project, especially due to the track “Like That” and Kendrick Lamar‘s diss towards Drake, fans eagerly awaited the duo’s next move. Surprisingly, one of the album’s songs samples a hit from Drake’s repertoire.

The track in question, titled “This Sunday,” samples Drake’s “Feel No Ways,” featured on his 2016 album “Views.” In the chorus, Future raps, “Feel a way, feel a way / Know a n**** feel a way, feel away,” drawing from the post-chorus of Drake’s track: “Feel a way, feel a way, young n**** feel a way.” Notably, Future is credited as a co-writer of Drake’s song. The sampling and lyrical parallels have sparked speculation about potential tensions between the two artists, particularly given their extensive history of collaboration. See below how fans reacted.
