Harry Styles has officially returned to music. On January 23, the global pop star released “Aperture,” ending a 1,344-day gap since his last album, Harry’s House (2022). The track marks the first chapter of a new era and immediately signals a shift in direction.

“Aperture” serves as the lead single from Styles’ upcoming fourth studio album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally., due March 6, 2026, via Columbia Records and Erskine Records. The 12-track project is executive produced by longtime collaborator Kid Harpoon. Clocking in at just over five minutes, the song leans into a sleek techno-disco framework, favoring pulsating rhythms, layered synths, and a club-focused atmosphere over the organic warmth that defined much of his previous work.

Supporting the new era, Styles also announced the Together, Together Tour. The ambitious run will visit seven cities, including an extended 30-night residency at New York’s Madison Square Garden. Special guests include Robyn, Shania Twain, and Jamie xx, reinforcing the electronic and dance-oriented direction hinted at by “Aperture.”

The release has sparked intense conversation online. Fan reactions have been divided but highly engaged. Many listeners praise the risk-taking production and applaud Styles for avoiding repetition. Others admit the track feels unexpected, even jarring, after the soft-rock and pop leanings of Harry’s House. See the best reactions below.
