Madison Beer is turning every night of The Locket Tour into a unique experience. Since launching the tour on May 11 in Kraków, Poland, the singer has introduced an interactive surprise song segment that changes at every stop, giving fans a different moment to anticipate each night.

Positioned directly after “Dear Society” in the setlist, the segment has quickly become one of the tour’s most appreciated highlights. During the show, Beer presents the audience with three possible songs before fans decide which one they want to hear live.

Opening night immediately set the tone for the concept. Inside Tauron Arena in Kraków, Beer selected “Sour Times” as the first surprise song of the tour.

The evolving surprise section also reflects Beer’s broader creative direction for The Locket Tour. Ahead of opening night, she explained that she wanted the shows to feel fluid rather than static. “There’s a proper storyline and concept to them,” Beer said while teasing the tour earlier this year, hinting that each concert would feature subtle differences depending on the city and crowd.

The tour itself marks the biggest headlining run of Beer’s career so far. Supporting her January 16 album locket, the 32-date trek spans Europe and North America before concluding July 13 in New York City. The project debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 earlier this year, becoming her first top-ten album in the United States.

Across the opening performances, Beer has balanced newer material like “yes baby,” “15 MINUTES,” and “nothing at all” with fan favorites including “BOYSHIT,” “Reckless,” and “Selfish.” The addition of the rotating surprise song segment now gives returning fans an entirely new reason to follow each date closely online.
