August 2026 is shaping up to be a memorable month for live music, with arena spectacles, long-awaited reunions, milestone anniversaries, and major comeback tours filling venues across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. From K-pop powerhouses to hip-hop stars and country favorites, artists are heading back on the road to celebrate new albums, landmark anniversaries, and career-defining moments.

Whether fans are chasing nostalgia or discovering a new era, August promises a packed concert calendar that could define the remainder of the live music year.

Among the most anticipated launches is aespa’s SYNK: COMPLæXITY Tour, which begins August 7 in Seoul. Supporting the quartet’s new album LEMONADE, the 25-city arena trek continues the group’s ambitious AI-driven narrative while expanding across Asia, South America, North America, and Europe through February 2, 2027. Multiple opening nights sold out almost immediately, reinforcing aespa’s growing status as one of K-pop’s biggest touring acts.

One day later, Chance the Rapper kicks off the Coloring Book Anniversary Tour. The nearly 40-date North American run celebrates 10 years of the Grammy-winning mixtape that became the first streaming-exclusive project to win a Grammy Award, while also highlighting songs from his latest album, STAR LINE. The

Isaiah Rashad returns to the road on August 13 with Lil Sunny’s Awful Road Trip Tour, his first major tour in support of a full-length album in five years.

Later in the month, BIGBANG launches one of the year’s biggest comeback tours. Beginning August 21, the legendary group embarks on its first full-group tour in nine years while celebrating its 20th anniversary. The 32-show stadium run follows overwhelming demand, with more than 200,000 fans reportedly attempting to secure tickets for the opening concerts at Goyang Sports Complex.

That same day, Kacey Musgraves begins the Middle of Nowhere Tour in support of her seventh studio album and first release under the revived Lost Highway Records.
