Justin Bieber has wasted no time keeping his momentum alive. Just weeks after the chart-dominating success of Swag, the Grammy winner has returned with Swag II, a sprawling 23-track follow-up that doubles down on ambition, experimentation, and volume. Released via Def Jam Recordings, the project sees Bieber linking with an impressive roster of collaborators—Carter Lang, Dylan Wiggins, Dijon, mk.gee, Daniel Chetrit, Eddie Benjamin, Mike Will Made-It, Camper, and more—with guest appearances from Tems and Bakar, among others.
The album’s predecessor debuted as the most consumed album worldwide, topping global streaming charts and earning Bieber yet another Billboard 200 Top 5 entry, peaking at No. 2. Songs like “Daisies” and “Yukon” gained traction on streaming platforms. Following in the footsteps of Swag, Swag II finds Justin embracing unpredictability, switching between sleek R&B grooves, rap-heavy experiments, and soaring ballads. From this perspective, the record feels less polished and cohesive than Swag, but still boasts notable tracks like “Speed Demon” and “I Do.”
Still, Swag II doesn’t always sustain its own ambition. While standout tracks shine with clarity and purpose, others feel more like sketches than fully realized ideas—“Dotted Line” being a clear example. That unevenness is reflected in our score of 7.3, a solid but slightly restrained rating compared to the runaway impact of Swag.
In this article, we rank all 23 tracks from Justin Bieber’s Swag II.
