Yeji has officially launched her solo career with her debut EP, Air. The leader of ITZY is the first member of the K-pop girl group to embark on a solo career, a step that had been in the works since the beginning of the year. In January, reports confirmed that Yeji was preparing for her solo debut. Shortly after, JYP Entertainment unveiled a teaser trailer announcing Air along with its release date.
