5 Seconds of Summer are officially back. The Australian pop-rock band has announced their sixth studio album, EVERYONE’S A STAR!—set for release on November 14, 2025, via Republic Records. To mark the occasion, they also dropped the fiery lead single “NOT OK,” giving fans their first taste of the band’s new era after a three-year break from group projects.

The album came together throughout late 2024 and earlier this year, with sessions split between Los Angeles and Nashville. The group worked with heavyweight collaborators including Jason Evigan, Julian Bunetta, and John Ryan.

Reflecting on the project, vocalist and guitarist Luke Hemmings explained: “This band is made up of four people who could each make their own solo album—singing, writing, and producing it all. Everyone’s A Star! captures that spirit. When we started 5 Seconds of Summer as teenagers, our songwriting was more naïve, but it was also raw and unfiltered. Over time, you naturally become more cautious with your words, but this record feels like a return to that original energy—only now with 15 years of experience, perspective, and just enough reckless abandon.”

EVERYONE’S A STAR! will feature 12 tracks:

1. Everyone’s A Star!

2. NOT OK

3. Telephone Busy

4. Boyband

5. No. 1 Obsession

6. I’m Scared I’ll Never Sleep Again

7. istillfeelthesame

8. Ghost

9. Sick of Myself

10. Evolve

11. The Rocks

12. Jawbreaker
