Adéla is making her stance on fan culture clear as her breakout moment accelerates. Appearing on Therapuss, the rising pop act didn’t hold back when asked about potential fandom names.
“No, this is a story subject,” she said. “Like, people love names that I hate. ‘Adivas’… I hate it. That’s the worst name ever. I like ‘Adelians.’ But people don’t like it. […] I also like ‘Adelephants’, but that’s like, people hate that one.”
The moment arrives as Adéla steps into a larger spotlight. Earlier this week, she made her arena debut opening for Demi Lovato on the It’s Not That Deep Tour in Orlando on April 13, marking a significant leap from club stages to major venues. During the set, she previewed her upcoming single “KGB,” which dropped on April 17 and signals the start of her debut album rollout.
Momentum has been building steadily since her 2025 EP The Provocateur. Released in August via Capitol Records and Polydor, the project introduced a distinct blend of theatrical pop and satirical lyricism, with multiple tracks charting in Slovakia. That release cycle extended into The ProvocaTour, her first headline run.
On the podcast, she also offered insight into the emotional scope of her next project. “There’s songs where I get very vulnerable but there’s also songs where I explore love, and like just feeling hot, and also feeling heartbroken,” she explained. “I think it makes me a little bit more human.”
