ADÉLA is heading toward a major chart milestone. Early projections from Nora Music indicate that her debut album PRIMA could open with around 50,000 equivalent album units in the U.S., putting the Slovak singer-songwriter on course for her first Top 10 appearance on the Billboard 200.
If the projection holds, PRIMA would give ADÉLA her first entry on the Billboard 200 just days after its September 4 release through Capitol Records. The projected total would also mark a strong opening for a debut album from an artist whose U.S. breakthrough came only weeks ago.

The early numbers point to significant interest. PRIMA entered the U.S. iTunes Top 5 following its release and generated more than 10 million Spotify streams in its first day, giving ADÉLA one of the biggest opening days for a debut female album.
The album also delivered a new streaming milestone through “Nicole Kidman,” which debuted at No. 123 on Spotify’s Daily Global chart on release day. At the same time, “Ain’t in LA” climbed to a new peak of No. 12 on the chart, becoming ADÉLA’s highest-charting song to date.
“Ain’t in LA” has been the defining breakout moment of the campaign. The track became the first song by a Slovak artist to enter the Billboard Hot 100, while its viral run on TikTok helped push ADÉLA beyond her home market.
PRIMA arrived after a rollout that began with “KGB” on April 17, followed by “Red Bottoms” on June 12 and “Ain’t in LA” on July 23. “Nicole Kidman” was released alongside the full album on September 4.
Across its tracklist, PRIMA blends pop with electropop and R&B while focusing on insecurity, toxic relationships, ambition, success and personal identity. The title takes its name from “prima ballerina,” the highest rank a ballerina can attain, reflecting the album’s broader themes of ambition and self-definition.
ADÉLA has also taken PRIMA directly to the stage. Her Red Bottoms Tour began in London on August 25 and supports both the new album and her earlier material, with dates scheduled through February 3, 2027, in Warsaw.
