Florence + The Machine have once again captured the hearts of listeners. The band’s newly released album Everybody Scream has officially been crowned the best new release of the week by fans, earning 62% of the vote in our weekly poll that also featured new music from ROSALÍA, Tyler, The Creator, and Offset.

Released on October 31—perfectly timed for Halloween—Everybody Scream marks the group’s sixth studio album and first since 2022’s Dance Fever. Florence Welch has described the record as her most vulnerable and transformative to date, inspired by a period of deep healing following a life-saving surgery in 2023. Across 12 tracks, the album explores the cathartic nature of releasing pain through sound, weaving themes of emotional rebirth, physical recovery, and creative renewal.

The title track and lead single, “Everybody Scream,” co-written with Mitski and produced by Aaron Dessner and James Ford, embodies this spirit of liberation.

Trailing behind was “Berghain,” the boundary-pushing collaboration between ROSALÍA, Björk, and Yves Tumor, which secured 31% of the vote. The single, named after Berlin’s iconic nightclub, serves as the dramatic lead track from ROSALÍA’s upcoming album Lux, due November 7. Its orchestral soundscape, powered by the London Symphony Orchestra, marks a bold artistic shift for the Spanish superstar.

Tyler, The Creator’s introspective “Mother,” released as part of the Chromakopia+ deluxe edition, came in third with 4%. The song reveals a softer side of the rapper, diving into themes of maternal love and self-reflection. Offset’s Haunted By Fame followed with 3%, offering listeners a haunting exploration of celebrity and its emotional toll.
