“We’re sorry to share that tonight’s KATSEYE show at the United Center has been postponed due to Megan’s illness,” the statement reads. The venue confirmed that tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, which has yet to be announced, while VIP packages and soundcheck upgrades will also carry over.

Fans who cannot attend the new date will be eligible for refunds to their original payment method. The venue apologized for the inconvenience and urged ticket holders to hold on to their purchases while they wait for further information. No replacement date or additional details about Megan’s condition have been provided.

The Chicago postponement comes just two days after KATSEYE also had to cancel its November 3 performance at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit because Megan was unwell. That announcement arrived approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, leaving numerous fans frustrated after they had already reached the venue or traveled to the city for the concert.

In its message to Detroit ticket holders, the group apologized for the disruption and explained that Megan needed time to rest and recover. KATSEYE also acknowledged that fans had made travel arrangements and plans around the show, expressing disappointment that they could not perform as scheduled. The late notice prompted an immediate backlash online, with attendees criticizing the timing of the announcement.

Megan’s latest health setback follows an ankle injury sustained during a tour rehearsal in August. KATSEYE withdrew from Daisy Chain Fields, Olivia Rodrigo’s inaugural charity music festival in Irvine, California, after doctors advised Megan to stay off her ankle. The event took place on August 29, with the group announcing its withdrawal two days earlier. Megan, Yoonchae and Lara nevertheless made a brief surprise appearance to support the festival’s charitable mission, although the group did not perform.

Both postponed concerts are part of KATSEYE’s Wildworld Tour, the group’s first arena concert run, supporting its third EP, Wild, released in 2026. The tour initially included 27 dates across Europe and North America before additional performances expanded the schedule. Earlier this month, KATSEYE also announced 11 more dates across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

The tour has already faced other lineup adjustments. Manon Bannerman has been on hiatus since February 2026, while Sophia Laforteza has missed the European and North American legs for health reasons and is expected to return to group activities in January 2027.
