Liam Payne is ready to bring new music to his fans. The former One Direction member cleared his Instagram account, deleting all of his posts, and shared two new pics along with a few words: “A new chapter.” He also shared a link to a mailing list fans can subscribe to and receive updates. Furthermore, a detail didn’t go unnoticed. In fact, just like his former bandmate Harry Styles, the 30-year-old singer debuted a new buzz cut.

This was enough to send fans straight to heaven. “Finally, Liam is releasing new music,” a fan wrote. “Sliving,” a special fan, Paris Hilton, shared. The new hairstyle also grabbed fans’ attention: “WHAT DO YOU BRING LIAM? NO HAIR” and “Everyone going bald…. one direction, bald direction” are some of fans’ reactions.
It’s been a while since Liam last released new music. His latest single, “Sunshine,” is dated August 2021 and was released as a song from the film Ron’s Gone Wrong. His debut album, “LP1,” was released just less than five years ago. The record features Liam’s biggest solo hits, “Strip That Down,” “Familiar,” and “Live Forever.” The album was heavily inspired by R&B artists like Usher and Justin Timberlake, but despite featuring successful singles, it only peaked at No. 17 on the UK Albums Chart and No. 111 on the Billboard 200.
