Olivia Rodrigo has returned to the top of the ARIA Albums Chart with You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, reclaiming the No. 1 position after a four-week break. The comeback gives her third studio album six non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 in Australia.
The Australian chart performance continues a pattern Rodrigo established with her first two albums. Sour spent eight weeks at No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart in 2021, while Guts reached the summit for two weeks in 2023. With six weeks already accumulated by her latest release, Olivia Rodrigo has once again turned the Australian albums chart into a major part of her campaign.

Released June 12, through Geffen Records, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love marked Olivia Rodrigo’s third consecutive album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The album opened with 485,000 album-equivalent units in the United States.
The comeback arrives as Rodrigo prepares for the Unraveled Tour, which begins in September 2026 and runs through May 2027.
The ARIA Singles Chart, meanwhile, remains firmly in Ella Langley’s hands. “Choosin’ Texas” holds No. 1 for a 14th non-consecutive week, extending a run that began in mid-May.
Several other songs are moving upward in Australia. Malcolm Todd’s “Earrings” reaches a new No. 7 peak, while ADÉLA places two songs inside the top 15, with “Ain’t In LA” rising to No. 13 and “Nicole Kidman” reaching No. 14.
