Olivia Rodrigo’s album opened with 401.7 million Spotify streams worldwide in its first week, surpassing the 370.5 million streams generated by SOUR in its first seven days in 2021. The figure marked a new personal best and ranked as the fifth-biggest opening week ever recorded by a female artist on Spotify.
Its momentum translated across other major platforms. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 485,000 equivalent album units in the United States, giving Rodrigo her biggest week yet and the largest 2026 debut by a solo artist. In the UK, the project also opened at No. 1 with more than 100,000 units.
