Olivia Rodrigo is showing no signs of slowing down. Just one week after delivering the biggest debut of her career, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl so in Love remains firmly at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, earning 180,000 equivalent album units in its second week.
The latest chart frame gives Rodrigo her first album to spend its first two weeks atop the Billboard 200. While both Sour (2021) and Guts (2023) debuted at No. 1, neither managed to hold the summit for a second consecutive week, making the new project another milestone in the singer-songwriter’s rapidly growing catalog.
The 180,000-unit second-week total also marks the biggest second-week sales for a female artist on the Billboard 200 in 2026. Although the album naturally experienced a drop from its blockbuster opening of 485,000 units, the hold is strong enough to comfortably fend off the week’s competition.
Rodrigo’s continued dominance comes after You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl so in Love delivered the year’s biggest debut by a solo artist and the largest opening week by any female act in 2026. Released on June 12, the album generated 401.7 million Spotify streams during its first seven days, becoming the fifth–biggest opening streaming week ever for a female artist on the platform.
The album’s success has not been limited to the United States. Rodrigo also secures a second consecutive week at No. 1 in both the United Kingdom and Australia.
Elsewhere on this week’s Billboard 200, Drake’s ICEMAN climbs to No. 2 with 90,000 equivalent album units. Ella Langley’s Dandelion follows at No. 3 with 84,000 units, while Morgan Wallen’s I’m the Problem lands at No. 4 with 79,000. Noah Kahan’s The Great Divide rounds out the top five with 67,000 units, and Michael Jackson’s Thriller remains remarkably resilient at No. 6 with 53,000.
