Post Malone is teasing another glimpse of his upcoming album The Eternal Buzz, sharing a new video that previews an unreleased song seemingly titled “Bad Mood.” The singer and rapper accompanied the clip with a caption hinting that the project is coming soon, adding to anticipation for what could be his next major release.

The video arrives less than two weeks after Post Malone revealed that the album was nearly finished. On October 15, he shared a photo of a whiteboard documenting the project’s progress, apologizing for the wait and promising fans a substantial collection of new songs.

“Almost done with this sumbitch!! I’m sorry it’s taking so goddamn long… I can’t wait to share this piece of music with y’all. We are so proud of what we’ve made,” he wrote, before promising “a shitload of songs” and assuring listeners that his next album would not take another three years.

The whiteboard offered a glimpse of unreleased titles, including “Chrome Heartbreaker” and “Death of the Bow,” with checkmarks indicating progress across writing, recording and mixing. Post Malone has not confirmed whether those songs will appear on the final tracklist, but the update reinforced expectations for a large-scale project. The Eternal Buzz first entered the conversation in April, when Malone appeared to tease a potential double album reportedly featuring 40 tracks across two discs.

Several previews have already fueled speculation about the album’s musical direction. On July 19, Malone performed the unreleased “Chrome Heartbreaker” during the pregame ceremony for the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final at MetLife Stadium, before delivering “Wow.” and “Sunflower.” The performance offered an early taste of a sound closer to the melodic hip-hop that helped establish his career.

That direction would follow a period in which Post Malone explored country music with F-1 Trillion, his 2024 album featuring collaborations with Morgan Wallen, Luke Combs, Dolly Parton and Tim McGraw. The record debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 250,000 equivalent album units.
