Taking the T-Mobile Stage at 8:45 p.m., Sabrina powered through a 16-song set that pulled from emails i can’t send, Short n’ Sweet, and her upcoming album. The setlist included fan favorites like “Feather,” “Nonsense,” and “because i liked a boy,” as well as hits like “Busy Woman,” “Taste,” and her chart-climbing summer anthem “Espresso.”
Despite hazy skies due to nearby wildfire smoke, the record-breaking crowd stayed locked in—and was rewarded with one of the most memorable surprises in Lollapalooza history. Midway through her set, Sabrina welcomed Earth, Wind & Fire to the stage for back-to-back performances of “Let’s Groove” and “September,” sending the audience into a collective scream. “Let’s get Chicago grooving one more time,” she teased.
