Taylor Swift is projected to extend her reign atop the Billboard 200, with The Life of a Showgirl on track to spend a 15th week at No. 1 in the United States. According to final weekly projections from Nora Music, the album is expected to earn 88,000 equivalent album units in the latest tracking week, maintaining its position ahead of the competition.
The projected result follows a 14th week at the summit, when The Life of a Showgirl earned 93,000 units. If the forecast holds, Swift will add another week to an already historic chart run, bringing the album closer to matching the 17 weeks at No. 1 achieved by The Tortured Poets Department, her longest-running chart-topper.

The latest milestone also builds on Swift’s unprecedented standing on the Billboard 200. Last week, her cumulative total reached 100 weeks at No. 1 across her albums, making her the first solo artist to achieve the feat. The Beatles remain the only other act to have accumulated at least 100 weeks atop the chart.
Among Taylor Swift’s albums, The Life of a Showgirl now ranks behind The Tortured Poets Department in weeks at No. 1, while Fearless and 1989 each spent 11 weeks at the summit.
The album’s continuing success comes after the release of The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, an expanded edition featuring four additional songs. The deluxe project generated 40.5 million global Spotify streams in its first 24 hours, setting a platform record for the biggest debut by a deluxe album. For the additional material, Taylor Swift reunited with longtime collaborators Max Martin and Shellback after traveling to Sweden approximately a year after the original album’s release.
The original The Life of a Showgirl established its commercial dominance immediately. It debuted with 4.002 million equivalent album units in the United States, including 3,479,500 pure album sales and 680.9 million streams. That opening set a new benchmark for the biggest single-week consumption total in Billboard 200 history at the time, giving the album a substantial foundation for its extended run at No. 1.
