The KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack has officially secured its seventh straight week at No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart, making it the longest-running No. 1 album of 2025 so far. The record, which has become a global phenomenon, continues to dominate streaming and sales in Australia, fueled by smash hits like “Golden” and “Soda Pop.”

While KPop Demon Hunters maintains its reign, this week’s ARIA Albums Chart also sees several major debuts. At No. 2, Laufey arrives with A Matter of Time, her third studio album and her highest-charting project in Australia, surpassing 2023’s Bewitched, which peaked at No. 6.

Deftones make a strong return at No. 3 with Private Music, the band’s 10th studio album. The Sacramento alt-metal legends now boast seven top 20 albums in Australia, including White Pony (No. 2 in 2000) and Gore (No. 1 in 2016).

At No. 4, Stray Kids secure another Australian hit with Karma, their seventh album to land inside the ARIA top 20. The record marks their third top five entry in just two years, following 5-Star (No. 2 in 2023) and Hop (No. 4 in 2024).

Other notable movements include Royel Otis, who land at No. 5 with Hickey, their second full-length album, and Sombr, who enters at No. 6 with I Barely Know Her, his debut album featuring the global hit “Back To Friends.”
