Travis Scott may be inching closer to his next era. The Houston rapper sparked fresh speculation after posting a cryptic message to his Instagram Stories that many fans interpreted as a subtle album tease. “LOVE TO ALL THE FAN PAGES YALL KEEP IT ROCKING WE SHALL EAT SOOOOONNN,” Scott wrote.
The timing is notable. Just weeks ago, a resurfaced video from the European leg of Scott’s Circus Maximus Tour reignited excitement, with the rapper revealing that he had created “a whole new album” while on the road. In the clip, Scott explains that the energy of performing night after night pushed him into a different creative space, allowing ideas to come together organically. He added that he hoped the music would arrive “soon.”
Scott’s Circus Maximus Tour officially concluded on November 20. Launched in October 2023, the two-year global run spanned more than 88 shows across five continents. The tour sold over 2.1 million tickets and grossed an estimated $265.1 million, making it the highest-grossing solo rap tour in history.
Any upcoming release would mark Scott’s first solo studio album since Utopia, his 2023 full-length that debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 496,000 units. The album produced multiple hits, including “FE!N” and “K-POP,” and featured a heavyweight lineup of collaborators such as Drake, The Weeknd, and Bad Bunny. While Utopia remains his most recent solo project, Scott expanded his catalog last year with the release of JackBoys 2.
