Travis Scott appears to be locking back into album mode. The rapper fueled fresh speculation about new music after posting a Instagram Story from the studio on May 10, writing: “My version of the gym / Non stop head bangers / ball,” alongside footage of equipment.

The brief message immediately reignited anticipation around Scott’s long-rumored next solo project, especially after months of scattered hints pointing toward a new era following Utopia.

This is not the first time Scott has teased new material in 2026. Back on January 7, he posted another cryptic Instagram Story reading: “LOVE TO ALL THE FAN PAGES YALL KEEP IT ROCKING WE SHALL EAT SOOOOONNN.” That post arrived shortly after a resurfaced video from the European leg of the Circus Maximus Tour spread online. In the clip, Scott revealed he had made “a whole new album” while traveling across Europe, explaining that the nonstop touring environment pushed him into a different creative rhythm.

The timing makes sense given the scale of Scott’s recent run. Circus Maximus officially wrapped on November 20, 2025 after more than two years on the road. The global tour spanned 88 shows across five continents and reportedly grossed $265.1 million while selling over 2.1 million tickets, becoming the highest-grossing solo rap tour ever recorded.

That momentum has kept Scott firmly positioned near the top of hip-hop’s commercial hierarchy. Utopia debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in August 2023 with 496,000 equivalent album units in its opening week. The album later produced several of the decade’s defining rap records, including “FE!N” with Playboi Carti and “K-POP” featuring Bad Bunny and The Weeknd.

Outside his solo catalog, Scott remained active through collaborative work and label projects. Last year’s JackBoys 2 expanded the Cactus Jack universe with appearances from Don Toliver, Sheck Wes, SoFaygo, and other affiliates.
