Kanye West (aka Ye) is taking the stage in Istanbul today, May 30. The concert at Atatürk Olympic Stadium is being livestreamed globally through his official YouTube channel, giving fans worldwide direct access to the opening night of his first European tour in 11 years.

The livestream begins at 2 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. PT, which corresponds to 9 p.m. TRT local time in Istanbul. Fans can watch the event live via Ye’s official @KANYEWEST YouTube channel as anticipation builds around what is being positioned as a historic stadium event.

The Istanbul date carries unusual significance. It marks Ye’s first major European stadium performance since 2015 and arrives after a turbulent stretch that saw concert plans collapse across several countries, including the UK, France, Switzerland and Poland, where backlash over his past public statements led to cancellations, venue complications and political pressure surrounding potential bookings.

Held at Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Başakşehir, the concert has been designed on a massive scale. Gates opened around 3 p.m. local time, with organizers preparing for a crowd estimated between 88,000 and 120,000 attendees thanks to a reconfigured standing-floor layout and Ye’s signature globe-style in-the-round production setup.

Ye arrived in Istanbul on May 28, setting off a wave of fan activity across the city. Long merch lines formed ahead of show day, while thousands of international attendees traveled to Turkey from across Europe, including countries where the rapper has recently faced booking restrictions.
