NAYEON has opened a new chapter of her solo career, launching her own official YouTube channel on September 22, her 31st birthday. While the new platform is currently focused on personal content and her existing solo work, its carefully styled profile image has already sparked speculation that a new NAYEON album could be on the way.
The channel, titled IM NAYEON (@im_nayeon_0922), was officially announced through TWICE’s social media accounts alongside a short introductory video. Its description keeps things simple with “안녕하세요. 나연이에요🐰,” while the channel’s profile image has attracted considerably more attention.

In the image, NAYEON’s hands hold a cluster of white feathers against an almost entirely white background, with light-blue “IM NAYEON” lettering layered across the photograph. The ethereal styling, jewelry and minimalist presentation immediately gave the image the visual language of an album campaign, prompting fans to wonder whether the new channel could eventually become the home for another solo era.
Her first uploads do not yet confirm a comeback. The channel currently includes a brief opening clip and an official choreography video for “MEEEEEE (NAYEON),” her solo track from TWICE’s recent group activities. Still, creating a dedicated platform gives NAYEON a direct space for future announcements, music videos, behind-the-scenes content and other solo projects.
NAYEON’s solo discography already has a clear two-project foundation. She officially debuted as a soloist in June 2022 with the mini-album IM NAYEON and its hit title track “POP!,” before returning in June 2024 with NA and “ABCD.” The latter project expanded her sound and featured collaborations including Sam Kim and KISS OF LIFE’s Julie.
Since NA, her solo releases have appeared more selectively. NAYEON contributed a Korean version of “Beyond” to the Moana 2 soundtrack in late 2024, officially released her cover of Ikimonogakari’s “Kimagure Romantic” after it gained attention following a Japan festival performance, and appeared on Tayla Parx’s “Era” remix. Her latest original solo release arrived in May 2026 with “Love Is Enough,” an OST for the drama Sold Out on You.
Notably, TWICE recently completed the Seoul finale of its THIS IS FOR world tour, creating a natural opening for members to focus on individual activities.
