Jade Thirlwall has officially cemented her place as a solo artist, winning Best Pop Act at the 2025 BRIT Awards. The singer, who rose to fame as a member of the record-breaking girl group Little Mix, became emotional while accepting her first solo BRIT, expressing heartfelt gratitude to her former bandmates.

Finally, my Little Mix sisters. I love you so much,” Jade said on stage. “I wouldn’t have this award without them, and they changed my life. I’m so grateful. Thank you.

Jade’s win marks a major milestone in her solo career, which began after Little Mix announced their hiatus in 2023. She made her highly anticipated debut in July 2024 with “Angel of My Dreams,” a bold and experimental track that peaked at number seven on the UK Singles Chart. Since then, she has continued to shape her individual sound with singles like “Fantasy”, “Midnight Cowboy,” and “IT Girl,” proving her versatility as an artist.
