Sabrina Carpenter continues her unstoppable domination, shattering yet another milestone with the release of her new album Man’s Best Friend. The Grammy-winning singer has officially broken the record for the biggest single-day streaming numbers by any female artist on Spotify in 2025, earning more than 81.64 million streams in 24 hours. With that, Sabrina surpasses the previous benchmark held by her mentor Taylor Swift.

The achievement comes just after Man’s Best Friend set the record for the biggest debut by a female album on Spotify this year, opening with 64.4 million first-day streams.
Leading the charge is “Tears,” the album’s second single, which debuted with 9.2 million first-day streams, the biggest opening for a song by a female artist in 2025. But it doesn’t stop there. Nearly every track on the record has dominated the global Spotify chart, with songs like “Manchild,” “My Man on Willpower,” and “Sugar Talking” all landing inside the top 10.
Released via Island Records, Man’s Best Friend arrives only a year after Sabrina Carpenter’s Grammy-winning Short n’ Sweet, which produced career-defining hits including “Espresso” and “Please Please Please.”
