Chris Brown is extending the BROWN era. Less than four weeks after releasing his twelfth studio album, the R&B superstar has announced BROWN: The Chocolate Edition, a deluxe version of the project set to arrive on June 19. The reveal came through Brown’s Instagram Stories, where he teased 10 additional tracks, each marked with a fire emoji, signaling a substantial expansion rather than a traditional deluxe release.

While Brown stopped short of revealing the song titles, featured artists, or production credits, the announcement immediately generated excitement among fans eager for more material from an album that already delivered one of the strongest commercial performances of his recent catalog.

Released on May 8 through RCA Records and CBE, BROWN — an acronym for Break Rules Only When Necessary — marked Brown’s twelfth studio album and featured appearances from Bryson Tiller, Fridayy, GloRilla, Leon Thomas, Lucky Daye, Sexyy Red, Tank, Vybz Kartel, and YoungBoy Never Broke Again. Production came from a heavyweight lineup that included Metro Boomin, Tay Keith, The Underdogs, Troy Taylor, Chrishan, and RoccStar.

Commercially, the album debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200, becoming Brown’s 13th consecutive top-10 album in the United States. The project was preceded by four official singles: “Holy Blindfold,” “It Depends,” “Obvious,” and “Fallin’.”
