21 Savage is on track for another major chart moment. His newly released album WHAT HAPPENED TO THE STREETS? is projected to debut at No. 7 on the Billboard 200, earning an estimated 53,000 equivalent album units in its first week, according to Hits Daily Double. If confirmed, the debut would mark 21 Savage’s seventh Top 10 entry on the chart.

The Atlanta rapper has already built an elite Billboard résumé. He previously scored four No. 1 albums with I Am > I Was, Savage Mode II, Her Loss (with Drake), and American Dream.

Released on December 12 via Slaughter Gang and Epic Records, the album arrives as Savage’s fourth studio effort. The project features a heavyweight lineup of collaborators, including Young Nudy, Latto, Drake, GloRilla, G Herbo, Metro Boomin, and Lil Baby. Production is led by Metro Boomin, with additional contributions from Wheezy, Southside, Zaytoven, FnZ, Oz, and D.A. Got That Dope.

Streaming performance has been a key driver of the album’s momentum. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE STREETS? debuted at No. 1 on U.S. Apple Music, with every track landing inside the platform’s Top 100. The early standout, “MR Recoup,” climbed as high as No. 3.

While the rapper eyes the Top 10, Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl is expected to secure a tenth consecutive week at No. 1, with roughly 87,000 units.
